On a terminé les entraînements à Saas-Fée ce week-end. Je vais donc skier dans ma région les prochaines semaines, ainsi qu’à la Lenk, qui va construire un skicross pour la semaine prochaine. Je prévois de participer à la première coupe d’europe en Allemagne dans trois semaines!

Sinon j’ai deux courses qui se sont rajoutées à mon planning de l’hiver, les Tignes Airwaves, ainsi que les XGames fin janvier!

We finished to train in Saas-Fée this week-end! I will go skiing in my region the next weeks, and in the Lenk, who wants to build a skicross. I will try to do the first race in germany, in three weeks!

I added two races in my programm this winter: the Tignes Airwaves and the winter X Games!

I just came back from some days in Saas-Fee. We had good snow conditions with a blue sky, so it was perfect to start the season ! One of these days, we had  a photoshooting for Swiss-Ski…

Our coach had a little accident on the glacier, he was really lucky and didn’t get hurt so much. He will be back wiht the team in 3-4 weeks!

I just came back from a holidays week in Biarritz. I went there with two skiercross friends, Anne-Patricia Gugger and Valentine Scuotto!

I allready have done some days on the skis for myself, and now i am going to ski a lot the next 3 months in Saas-Fee with the team. I am enjoy to ski with my new material, because i changed the skis, the skiboots and the goggles for next winter!

Finally some news after the last race. My knee is better know but I will maybe have surgery in June. But I am not sure, I am going to see how I recover until this time…

I am working now 100% as a physical therapist in two hospital of my region! 

And finally I take good time with my friends and have done the first grill of the year, in Prafandaz (picture, it’s a beautiful place in Leysin).

I went to Lenzerheide this week-end. We had a national race on saturday and the swiss championship on sunday.

Right after the qualification of saturday, i had pain on my right knee and i finaly didn’t compet.  On sunday, i always have had pain and felt my knee weak.  I decided to don’t race the swiss championship.  I was sad, but it was better for me like that.

Sorry for the latest news… i came back last week from Chiesa in Valmalenco.  It was the last world cup of this season. The beginning of the race was really flat with a lot of rollers, then tow big curve and the final jump. We didn’t had qualification run, because they have taken the world cup ranking.

It has been snowing the day of the race, and the slope became really slow… The organisation has to change the jump, because the we have had no speed.. It wasn’t so funny. I take a good start but was third in the end of the flat!  And i didn’t pass the first round. I finnaly finished 9th.

I finished 6th in the overall of the world cup. I am happy with this result and with my two podiums of this winter!  I am enjoy to race again next year!

We had the race in Grindelwald two days ago. I made a good qualification (3rd). Then i took really good starts during the race, and finnaly finished 2nd! I was really happy, it was my best result since i race skiercross!

1st: Sasa Faric, 2nd:Emilie Serain, 3rd: Méryll Boulangeat, 4th: Noriko Fukushima

After Grindelwald, we went directly to Meiringen. We had the qualification today, but it didn’t go so well for me… I missed the qualification in to the final. It was the first time since two years that i didn’t qualifiy for the final. So I am a little bit disappointed, but it’s the game!

We are going to Bormio next week for the final of the World cup tour!
